How It Works
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, due to the time, skill and products used to create your custom, bespoke eyelash set. If you are unhappy with your lashes please get in contact with us and we are happy to offer a free fix within 3 days or get you booked in at a convenient time for removal. Please respect the time and product our staff use to create your sets
Aftercare
Our Policy
Our staff will inform you on the necessary aftercare you should follow for your eyelashes and you can purchase aftercare kits at your appointment. If you do not follow aftercare, at your infill, treatment may be refused and removal may be the only treatment our staff will carry out. This is due to a build up of dirt, sweat, makeup and bacteria that occurs due to not washing your eyelash extensions. This is hazardous for both client and staff and you may be refused treatment
Policies
At Lola lashes, we believe in mutual respect between clients and staff therefore our policies Reflect our ethos. Any abuse towards staff will not be tolerated and you will be struck off of our client list and unable to book an appointment with us. We try our upmost best to guarantee customer satisfaction, therefore we offer a free fix within 48 hours son your appointment, if you have any issues with your lashes. All appointments must be secured with a non refundable and exchangeable booking fee, your appointment will not be secured without booking we being paid. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not have deposits refunded or moved to another appointment and no shows will be charged a no show fee. This is due to the fact that the slot for the appointment will not be able to be filled and thus our staff losing out on income. All clients must inform staff of allergies or previous reactions to to eyelash extension adhesives.
